Pineapple, Orange & Ginger Fruit Infused Water

Easy!  Fresh Pineapple cut in to squares, A few oranges sliced thin.  A skewer with some extra pineapple on top to nibble on.  I added little tags to all of the pitchers so guests would know what they were.  Used extra bulky yarn to wrap around the pitchers.

Everything in moderation. Caffeine is thought to help weight loss by increasing the metabolic rate and suppressing the appetite -  ever so slightly for both.  For healthy adults, caffeine should be limited to 400 mg per day, the equivalent of about three 8-oz cups of brewed coffee.

I personally love coffee. I know there are other caffeinated drinks, those are usually sugar-packed. If you drink coffee just go easy on the creamer and the sugar. Good Luck!
